PRO-FIT is a UK-based sole trader offering personal training services and gym wear. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable UK or international laws
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website without express written permission

Application & acceptance: Coaching services are offered by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.

Minimum commitment: Online coaching requires a minimum 2-month commitment. By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to this minimum term.

Your responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to undertake the training programme. You should consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise regime. PRO-FIT accepts no liability for injury arising from failure to disclose relevant health conditions.

Results: We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, adherence to the programme, and other factors outside our control.

Cancellation: Coaching packages may be cancelled after the minimum commitment period with 30 days' written notice to [email protected].

Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment: Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to PRO-FIT. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, PRO-FIT shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Injury arising from failure to follow programme guidance or disclose health conditions

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

For digital services (coaching), you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase unless the service has already commenced with your agreement.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
